drop into your body,
drop into your heart,
drop into knowing and not knowing.
Stay here and look what's happening....

And drop into your life !

The path is a way of being in relation to yourself (your body, your mind, your feelings,your heart). The path is yours.

Mindfulness is groeien in de vraag "wat is het om mens te zijn ?" Op deze vraag is geen antwoord.

De echte meditatie is het leven zelf !

Transcent your small view of who you are and be your full potential of human being. Be all your are. Be all your already are.

Ontdekken waar en wie we zijn en dat accepteren is het moeilijkste in het leven.

Mindfulness is unwrapping what is already here.

People are not seeking the meaning of life. They are seeking the experience of being alive. Mindfulness gives the possibility to be alive.

Being = allowing. Doing = wanting to get somewhere;

It's all about experiencing life without thinking about it.
